Established in 1997 under the visionary leadership of Mr. Thantry, the Bangalore Tourist Taxi Owners Association (BTTOA) has been the collective voice of luxury tourist taxi fleet owners for over 25 years.
Representing over 500 fleet operators across Bangalore and its surrounding regions, our association works tirelessly to promote trade, tourism, and a sustainable transportation ecosystem. We advocate for policies that benefit not only our members but also the community and the environment.

Founder & Chairman
Years in Service: Since 1997
Role: Strategic leadership, government liaison, public representation
A pioneer in Karnataka’s tourist transport sector, Mr. Thantry founded BTTOA with the vision of uniting fleet owners and creating a strong voice for the industry. His relentless advocacy and deep-rooted relationships with transport authorities have led to numerous policy wins for members.

Lingaraju B.G
President
The President serves as the chief leader, setting the vision, representing the association in high-level negotiations, and presiding over all meetings.

Umashankar V.N
Vice President
The Vice President supports the President, assuming their duties in their absence and leading specific projects or committees.

S. Rajkumar
General Secretary
The General Secretary is the chief administrator, managing all official communication, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of all association activities.

Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for all financial matters, including collecting dues, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports.
